We’re excited to announce that Userfeel now offers usability tests in four different lengths: 5-minute, 20-minute, 40-minute, and 60-minute. These options will allow you to choose the test that is most appropriate for you in any phase of your project.

Here are a few suggestions about when each test is most useful:

5-Minute tests (sold in bundles of 3)

  • Allowing users’ to explore a basic website and observing their behavior and reactions

  • Testing users’ success with one relatively small and clearly defined task

20-Minute tests

  • Testing users’ success with one complex task

  • Testing several smaller tasks

40-Minute tests

  • Testing multiple complex tasks

  • Testing multiple versions of the same website

60-Minute tests (either moderated or unmoderated)

  • Testing multiple complex tasks

  • Testing multiple versions of the same website
