New Feature on Userfeel: Create Tester Lists for More Targeted Usability Tests

At Userfeel, we aim to make usability tests more flexible, precise, and efficient. We are excited to introduce our new feature: Tester Lists, a tool that simplifies your workflow and enhances your testing strategy.

   Imagine having testers who identified a critical bug or provided exceptional feedback. Now, you can reuse them for future tests without starting from scratch. This ensures data consistency and quickly validates if fixes are effective.

   The more tests you conduct, the easier it becomes to identify standout testers. With Tester Lists, you can group those who provide the most actionable insights, saving time and improving the quality of your results.

Create a Tester List

1. Navigate to the results page of your project and locate the "Tester Profile" column.
2. Under the tester’s basic information, click the "Add Tester to List" button.
3. Choose to create a new list or add the tester to an existing one. A tester can be added to multiple lists.

Use a List in a New Test

1. When setting up a new test, go to the "Test Settings" step.
2. Select the "Use Testers from User Lists" option.
3. Choose one or more lists to determine who will participate in the test.

Manage Lists

1. Navigate to the "User Lists" menu on the left-hand side of your project page.
2. View, edit, or delete existing lists, or create new ones for upcoming tests.
